Walks, Wildflowers and Pinnacles in the Dolomites
25 June – 2 July 2017
We are introducing a new cultural walking tour in Italy.
The Dolomites in the north-east of Italy have a justifiable reputation for their scenic beauty and are recognised as a European hot spot for wildflowers. The mountain range has attracted geologists since the late 18th century thanks to the variety of unique features.
During the week, we walk in diverse terrains and habitats in a series of 6 walks (2 – 4.5 hours). The daily height gain and loss is between 200 m/650 ft and 400 m/1,300 ft.
